Indian telecoms firm Tata Communications is reportedly examining a potential bid for UK-based Cable & Wireless Worldwide (CWW), according to a report by Reuters which cites a source with direct knowledge of the matter. The unidentified source said that Tata Communications may decide on whether to proceed in the next couple of weeks having allegedly hired Standard Chartered as an adviser.
