The Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) has announced the commercial launch of carrier pre-selection (CPS) for fixed calls by the United Arab Emirates’ two licensed service providers, Etisalat and Du. The service allows customers to select their preferred service provider to route their fixed voice calls without having to dial additional codes or programming on-site equipment
