Federal Competition Authority says No! 3, Orange merger derailed by concerns over divestment of MVNO Yesss!

The takeover of Orange Austria by Hutchison Whampoa’s H3G Austria unit has reportedly fallen foul of the country’s Federal Competition Authority.
