Bahrain’s Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) has announced a plan to award licences for paired spectrum in the 2600MHz and other frequency bands suitable for 4G Long Term Evolution (LTE) mobile services either in the fourth quarter of this year or in early 2013.
