Croatia’s T-Hrvatski Telekom (T-HT), part of the Deutsche Telekom group, has responded to the regulator HAKOM’s public call for 4G mobile licence applications in the digital dividend (790MHz-862MHz) band, by applying for a 2x10MHz spectrum allocation.
