RCA gets Competitive as it ditches Rural tag

After 20 years operating as the Rural Cellular Association (RCA) the Washington-based pressure group has reportedly rebranded itself as the Competitive Carriers Association (CCA) to better reflect its membership and enlarged role within the industry. Fierce Wireless quotes CCA president Steve Berry as saying: ‘Rural makes some people think it is not state-of-the-art technology or capability. That is not true because many of our members are operating state-of-the-art networks
