Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company (PLDT) says its international sales and marketing division Philippine Global Corp (PGC) intends to expand its mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) service to Japan, the US, the Middle East and Europe, with a view to serving up to a million Filipino overseas workers within three years.
