Polish cellco Polkomtel, which operates under the ‘Plus’ brand, and its partner through a full infrastructure sharing agreement Aero2 have selected Nokia Siemens Networks (NSN) to modernise and expand the companies’ GSM, HSPA+ and Long Term Evolution (LTE) networks. Under the contract NSN will extend the cellcos’ 3.5G and 4G networks, deploying its Flexi Multiradio Base Stations and Flexi Multiradio 10 Base stations.
