Bolivian president Evo Morales has announced that Entel Movil, the wireless arm of the country's former monopoly domestic and international long-distance (DLD and ILD) service provider Empresa Nacional de Telecomunicaciones (Entel), has achieved coverage of all of the country’s municipalities.
