Irish mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) Cubic Telecom has signed a deal worth ‘tens of millions of dollars’ with Australian retailer Woolworths. Cubic, which runs a low-cost roaming MVNO business dubbed MAXroam, will use its virtual SIM (multi-IMSI) technology to power a new global roaming product being offered by the retail giant’s own MVNO, Woolworth Mobile.
