TeliaSonera has reportedly acquired, albeit indirectly, 51% of the shares in Cypriot holding company Airbell Services, which itself owns a 50% stake in Nepali mobile operator Nepal Satellite Telecom (NST) – owner of the Hello Mobile brand.
