Crnogorski Telekom, which also offers wireless services under the T-Mobile Montenegro banner, has reported a decline in revenues of 1.5% year-on-year for the first quarter of 2012, attributing the fall to lower income from interconnection as a result of lower mobile termination fees (MTRs) and reduced incoming traffic.
