Cable & Wireless Seychelles has completed a nationwide fibre-to-the-curb (FTTC) broadband access network, following a rollout which took two years. Furthermore, the company announced that the new higher speed local connections will be supported by the Seychelles East Africa System (SEAS) submarine cable network, which has now entered commercial service
