Conatel approves Tigo’s acquisition of Cablevision

Paraguayan regulator Consejo Nacional de Telecomunicaciones (Conatel) has approved the acquisition of pay-TV firm Cablevision Paraguay by Millicom International Cellular (MIC)-owned Tigo, Ultima Hora reports, citing Conatel president Carlos Gomez Zelada. The completion of the deal is now expected to take place within the next 45 days
