Israeli mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) Rami Levi Communications is reportedly close to completing a switch from offering service over Pelephone’s network to instead operating over infrastructure owned by Partner Communications. According to Haaretz, an agreement between Rami Levi Communications and Partner has been reached in principle, with the drafting of legal documents – which reportedly began this past weekend – the only remaining step in completing the deal.
