Digicel BVI unveils fixed-wireless ‘DigiHOME’ product

Digicel BVI, the regional mobile giant’s Virgin Islands (UK) unit, has announced the launch of its new fixed-wireless product, branded ‘DigiHOME’. The service, which is available on both a pre- and post-paid basis, is currently available at an introductory price of USD35 per month, which includes a complimentary handset, 350 minutes of voice calls and 50 SMS; all post-paid subscriptions require a USD50 deposit. Digicel BVI commercial manager Su Thomas commented: ‘DigiHOME offers competition in the market and ties in with Digicel’s vision of becoming the leading telecommunications provider in the British Virgin Islands’
