Information Capital Technology Ventures Inc (ICTV), an investor in Filipino operator Next Mobile (formerly Nextel Communications), has struck an equipment supply contract with China’s Huawei Technologies for the wireless subsidiary’s infrastructure rollout, The Manila Times reports.
