Ukraine's telecoms watchdog The National Commission for State Regulation of Communications and Informatisation (NCCIR) has warned Kyivstar, which includes Beeline Ukraine and Golden Telecom (Ukraine), to remedy existing violations of its licence conditions covering fixed line services by 5 July 2013, or else it could lose its licence.
