Du, the United Arab Emirates’ second national telecoms operator, has announced the signing of a network managed services agreement with Chinese vendor Huawei to enhance its customer services experience. Under the five-year deal, Huawei will manage Du’s network operations including mobile, fixed and broadcasting networks, enabling the operator to deliver advanced network solutions with increased operational and network efficiency. By partnering with Huawei on managed services, Du said that it will be able to focus on its core result areas and further streamline its operations.
