Criminal proceedings against Drillisch dropped

The Public Prosecutor’s Office Hanau has formally dismissed the proceedings against members of the management board and the board of directors of Drillisch Group, the German mobile services provider has announced. The move follows the settlement of a dispute with Deutsche Telekom subsidiary Telekom Deutschland (TD) last month, which had led to the termination of contracts and resulted in legal proceedings between the two parties.
