The Moroccan operator Maroc Telecom is reportedly blocking access to a number of voice-over-Internet Protocol (VoIP) operations in the country. Morocco Board News reports that sites such as Skype and TeamSpeak have had access cut, with Vivendi-owned Maroc Telecom seemingly keen to protect its interests in the fixed line sector by blocking the free online services while also promoting its own MTBox VoIP offering.
