Colombia’s Ministry of ICT (MinTIC) has invited expressions of interest from industry players to participate in an auction for licences to utilise radio spectrum in a number of frequency bands. The MinTIC will be issuing concessions for two sets of paired frequencies: 1710MHz-1755MHz with 2110MHz-2155MHz and 1850MHz-1990MHz with 2500MHz-2690MHz. No deadline for applications has been set, nor was an official start date for the tender posted
