One 3.5GHz county licence sold out of 13 offered; 2.3GHz auction next autumn

On 8 December 2011 Swedish telecoms regulator the PTS proceeded with an auction offering 13 county-based technology-neutral licences including 2x28MHz of wireless frequencies in the 3.5GHz band. It sold one licence, in the county of Jonkoping, permitting usage of spectrum blocks 3410MHz-3438MHZ (uplink) and 3510MHz-3538MHz (downlink), to the only bidder, SavMAN, for SEK85,000 (USD13,000). The concession is valid until 31 March 2023
