Celcom Axiata and PLDT to set up MVNO

Malaysian cellco Celcom Axiata has signed a shareholder agreement with PLDT Global (PGC) of the Philippines to set up an MVNO in Malaysia. The new company will be called PLDT Malaysia and will target Filipino workers in Malaysia with pre-paid services under the brand name Smart Pinoy
