Czech newspaper Hospodarske Noviny says that the national telecoms regulator, the Czech Telecommunication Office (CTU), has today published the final terms and conditions for its forthcoming auction of mobile frequencies. Details are brief, but it is understood that the watchdog intends to set aside the 1800MHz bandwidth on offer for new market entrants, which will also be offered access to the networks of the country’s existing mobile operators.
